SCALLOG | Analytics and SCALLOG | Pallet To Person: new solutions driven by data-centric operations, performance, and cybersecurity !
On the occasion of the 2026 edition of the SITL exhibition, SCALLOG unveils two major new products for warehouse agility and efficiency: SCALLOG | Analytics, a software solution for data-driven management of logistics performance, and SCALLOG | Pallet To Person, a major evolution of its robotic solution dedicated to the automated management of pallet picking. In addition, SCALLOG | Pallet To Person is based on a new latest-generation robot, strengthening the load capacity, energy performance and cybersecurity of the system. These innovations reflect SCALLOG’s desire to democratize robotization in all types of warehouses, while strengthening agility, sustainable performance and control of end-to-end operations. To illustrate these benefits, SCALLOG will lead a dedicated workshop during which CLARINS will share its feedback on the omnichannel transformation of its logistics hub in Glisy (Hauts-de-France), as well as the productivity gains and improved working conditions achieved thanks to the Goods to Person solution.

SCALLOG | Analytics: data-driven management of logistics performance
With SCALLOG | Analytics, SCALLOG is enriching its robotics offer with a software tool dedicated to performance analysis and preparation flow management. A real decision-making dashboard, SCALLOG | Analytics provides logistics managers with fine-grained and continuous visibility into their operations: monitoring of daily activity, order processing, fill rates, and upstream and downstream flow performance. The solution provides them with key indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance ratio of the Goods to Person robotic system, both in full production and over time. Thanks to pre-configured and customizable reports, SCALLOG | Analytics makes it possible to qualify best practices, identify performance levers and adapt flows according to seasonality or available capacities. By fully exploiting data from robotics and being part of Industry 5.0, SCALLOG | Analytics is a real decision-making tool, at the service of continuous optimization and the overall efficiency of the system.
SCALLOG | Pallet To Person: a new dimension for robotic pallet picking
In the continuity of recent innovations such as SCALLOG | Under Racks, SCALLOG introduces SCALLOG | Pallet To Person, a major evolution of its robotic solution dedicated to the automated management of pallet picking. This advance significantly broadens the scope of robotization by making it possible to manage a wide variety of supports — pallets, pilboxes, production cages, in addition to modular shelves — while maintaining high operational flexibility, unlike cube-type storage systems, which are more standardized. SCALLOG thus strengthens its ability to gradually automate warehouses, accelerate order preparation, optimize volume utilization and easily integrate into existing environments, while guaranteeing energy performance, ease of deployment and continuity service.
SCALLOG: a robot and next-generation cybersecurity
Thanks to a brand new SCALLOG robot capable of lifting up to 1.2 tons, the SCALLOG solution now supports a wider mix of weights and product types, from small parts to heavy loads, while ensuring smooth management of heterogeneous flows. It allows you to operate from single picking to full parcel, while reducing replenishment operations as much as possible. The overall performance of this new robot is reinforced by a latest-generation motor, improving speed and efficiency, while being part of a logic of energy sobriety with more than 30% reduction in consumption. Simplified guidance by tags and QR codes makes movement more reliable and facilitates deployment on all types of floors. Its high tolerance to irregularities ensures installation without levelling constraints and quick integration into existing logistics sites.
In a context of increasing digitalization of warehouses, where data flows are becoming increasingly critical, SCALLOG places cybersecurity and service continuity at the heart of its solution. Its Secure by Design (SbD) approach is based on network segmentation, firewall integration, advanced flow encryption (MQTT/mTLS, OAuth) and enhanced Wi-Fi security. All data remains hosted under the control of the customer, guaranteeing total control of exchanges and information.
Agility and productivity gains with SCALLOG: CLARINS’ testimonial
At SITL, SCALLOG will lead a workshop entitled: “How does SCALLOG accelerate the omnichannel transformation of CLARINS’ logistics hub?”. Georges Peyrot, Logistics Director of CLARINS, will share his feedback on the transformation of the Glisy logistics hub and the advantages of the solution to support e-commerce and omnichannel growth. Thanks to the robotic solution – Goods to Person, BtoB and BtoC preparations are automated, allowing the 25,000 m² site to gain in agility, productivity and quality of service. This collaboration illustrates how technological innovation increases operational efficiency while improving working conditions. Link to register
